FedEx Shipping adjustments
I’d like to get some advice or good news from someone who was over charged on shipping adjustments with FedEx. Mine is almost $2000, my whole income is reselling on eBay and having my income frozen and charging $1900 is a huge hit for me and my family. This feels like a scam, and after reading many other posts I’m not the only one. I spoke with a rep today and she said it can take 21 days for a response. Meanwhile while I’m negative $1900 dollars and account is frozen because I still owe $500. This is crazy. Can someone please help and/ or advise. Thank you
