FedEx Shipping Adjustment
Hi eBay Community,
I’ve received a FedEx shipping adjustment on a 4oz package (a brooch) - FedEx says it weighs 8 pounds. Because the $ difference is less than $10.01, eBay tells me I have no recourse and I just have to accept the charge. FedEx won’t help and recommends I file for an appeal with eBay, but eBay can’t file for an appeal. eBay won’t make the adjustment. This is the second time this has happened. Any suggestions?
