Fedex shipping
I have had multiple item not recieved claims because fedex seems to lose a lot of packages. It is impossible to talk to anybody at fedex because they don't appear to have any human customer support. Also, since I ship through ebay, they do not show me as the shipper and do not allow me to do anything other than file a claim. Ebay doesn't seem to be able to help with this either except to refund the buyer. I already have 3 claims in and they take 4-6 weeks for a resolution. I don't even know how those will turn out. Has anyone successfully filed a claim for fedex ground econmy? Are there any suggestions other than don't use fedex to ship.
