FedEx Shipping
Has anyone had issues with FedEx charging EXCESS extra shipping? I normally only use UPS or USPS but FedEX prices were really good over the past few weeks. I used them for several items and I just received extra shipping charges on EVERY SINGLE ONE. I know I measured and weighed those items properly. I have mismeasured in the past and I have been charged extra a couple times but I find it odd to be charged extra on every one.

Yes, MANY Sellers are experiencing this and eBay is working on it, they have advised that they will refund Sellers in 5 days. Check your Recent Activity file everyday on this page. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
Consider switching carriers until eBay & FedEx resolve this issue.

OP2 years agoI just started reading the conversations about this. I had no clue. I didn’t even realize this forum existed. I’m so glad to know about it.

You are more than welcome. eBay will often post information on their Announcement page - top of page on the left on the Seller news tab.
However, until they have a handle on the final resolution for the issue you will learn more reading and posting here.
