FEDEX OVERCHARGING SHIPPING COSTS
I've been at "war" with eBay about inaccurate shipping charges based on eBay's shipping calculator.
My weights and measures are accurate, but shippers ,(mostly FEDEX) , decides to convert those weights and measures into either BILLABLE WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT after having been shipped. I have documented all of my shipping label purchases with not one of them showing up as needing more charges to be shipped based on the eBay calculator.
I'm not sure what advantage there is to eBay in either not correcting the calculator or severing ties with FEDEX.
It is fraud plain and simple. Bait and switch.
To me, this seems like the sort of activity a State Attorney General's office might like to get involved in.
