Fedex overcharged my shipment after it was delivered, is there a way to dispute
FedEx overcharged my shipment after it was delivered.
When I printed the shipping, my scale was a bit off. I weighted the package as 23 lb, the Fedex shipping label was printed as $25.75. However, on the Fedex's scale it was 25.6 lb.
After the item was delivered, Fedex charge me $46,84.
Even with the weight on Fedex's scale the shipping should have only been $29.33.
is there a way to dispute with the shipping charge?
