FedEx not delivering

Question

I am out the item I sold, but never delivered, the price for the label, the Tax I paid and eBayâ€™s cut. FedEx is useless with help. eBay just goes in circles. So I guess itâ€™s my problem FedEx lost or stole my package.

@57s Sorry for the late reply, life has been busy. Keep in mind that if the buyer files a item not received refund request then YOU must refund them and then file your insurance claim. However IF the item is finally delivered you may be eligible for seller protection and eBay will refund you out of their pocket.

Filing a FedEx claim

If something goes wrong with your delivery, you can file a claim with FedEx. For all services except Ground Economy, please visit FedEx to file and manage your claim.

If you used FedEx Ground Economy and your package is damaged or lost from the time itâ€™s first scanned by FedEx until it's delivered to a USPS facility, FedEx Ground Economy is responsible for a maximum replacement value of up to $100 plus transportation costs.

To submit a Ground Economy claim, go to the FedEx website, and download and complete the â€˜FedEx Ground Economy Claim Formâ€™.

Once submitted, the claim resolution process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. FedEx will email you about the status of your claim. Approved claims are paid to you by check.

With FedEx Ground Economy claims keep in mind:

Only sellers can file claims
Claims must be filed within 90 calendar days from when FedEx receives the package
FedEx may reimburse the wholesale cost up to $100 per package, plus shipping charges
Claims payments are remitted by check
