FEDEX misses delivery again
Ordered 2 lbs of doggie treats. FedEx claims item was delivered. Their proof consists of a photo of a different house and a different package. House appears to be newer due to the new white concrete on front door. Mine is nearing 40 years with dull gray concrete. Supposed to get a box with two pounds of product yet photo indicates a 3x5 manila envelope. Unfortunately I did not get the envelop either. FedEx system will not address any query I may have indicating item was delivered. I know item is less than $50, but I just don't like being fleeced. Any suggestions?
