FedEx lost Merchandise return
I sent a pair of tires back via FEDEX. Only one tire was received by the seller. The seller is only offering to return half the price I purchased even though I dropped both tires off with FedEx. This seems to be a FedEx issue. What am I supposed to do?

Mentor1 year agoDid each tire have a separate sale, and did you file a returns request for each tire? Did you received 2 separate return shipping labels? Was each tracking number scanned as received by Fed Ex? If so, did you go to the Fed Ex website and enter your email address to receive updates?
