Fedex Lost Authenticated Watch Package
I bought a watch authenticated by eBay, and I missed the first delivery. After that FedEx lost the package and there was no second attempted delivery. I filed a case with both eBay and FedEx and FedEx confirmed they lost the package. eBay is asking me for a formal letter from FedEx to prove they lost the package and FedEx isn't giving me one. It's been a month now and I haven't heard from eBay since even after emailing them a couple times, does anyone have advice on how I can get this resolved? Thank you
