Fedex incorrectly adjusted weight on my parcel
I shipped a board game through ebay shipping services and weighed it at 6.5 lbs and dimensions 15 x 15 x 5. Fedex re-weighed and said it was 30 lbs and agreed with my dimensions. I tried to contact fedex as the ai help suggested and they will not help me without a FEDEX account number. How do i get the attention of ebay with this issue?
