FedEx I return my purchase to the seller, I want a refund
FedEx did not deliver my purchase and return the package to the seller and I want a refund of my money but on eBay I cannot apply a refund because the package is owned by the seller and I cannot make any package return, what do I do??
I already sent a message to the seller but he has bad response service, since the beginning of my purchase the communication is very bad
