Fedex Home Delivery problems
Federal Express Home Delivery service is a subset service of Federal Express Ground shipping service.
I encountered the following using the service for the ist time:
1. Shipping costs saving, initially $2.00 approx.
2. Ebay made no reference to Home Delivery surcharge $5.00 approx.
3. Fedex drop-off location pickup times inconsistent at Fedex.com and actual times at drop-off location.
4. Missed Home Delivery (Ground) commercial pick-up location package pickup OK by Fedex supervisor and Customer Service.
5. Reaching and understanding Fedex Customer Service difficult; HELP not clearly visible, voice operator english pronounciation and word inflections glaring.
There was available a time stamp receipt and store surveillance camera to record the event.
