FedEx ground was the choice of the buyer but the item is freight, need a new label and updated picku
My buyer chose FedEx ground when clearly the package is 150 lb which FedEx Ground will not pick up they have told me I need a new shipping label but need to confirm that it is Freight and that it will be picked also should I be paying for shipping i have already paid $143 for this FedEx Ground shipment and no one has picked it up in three days
