Fedex (eBay) over charged
Apparently there was a mistake, and will be refunds.
WHY WAS THERE NOT A MESSAGE SENT OUT?
Instead hidden in a banner, after wasting an hour of time. Also impossible to find a phone number to talk to eBay…

Mentor2 years agoThis is a known issue. eBay was made aware on March 27, that Fedex was charging incorrectly for labels. The issue has continued and there is an open ticket so eBay is working on fixing this. eBay will contact you regarding any adjustments to your Fedex charges.
This issue was posted by eBay on their Community Technical Boards. It was fixed temporarily and now the issue has returned.
