Shipping address is San Jose CA 95127 but fedex show delivered at San Jose CA 95118.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery to your zip code, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Contact customer service for help to open a not received claim, if system will not let you open it.
