FEDEX delivery issues
I have a piece of equipment I have been waiting for and the seller has been great but FEDEX is literally lying (or the driver is more likely) saying customer requested reschedule, and undeliverable. The 800 number is ridiculous workinig through the automated attendant and when you do get through you get we will investigate but it NEVER delivered. eBay sellers should know that FEDEX service is terrible and there is no way to actually escalate an issue that I can find.
Any ideas please let me know
