As long as you shipped to the exact address in the Order Details, you should be good.
The Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. You will then only have three business days to respond to that request by entering the tracking number that shows it was delivered. It is critical that you respond on time and enter the tracking number.
It might take approximately 10 days for eBay to confirm and rule in your favor.
Thank you for your response. This was my first sale, and I’m really upset because it shows delivered. I really don’t want my first selling experience to be like this, and I can’t afford to lose this money.
