Fedex charged me additional fee for shipping
After I shipped an item to a buyer, Fed ex claimed I gave the wrong size and weight.
I was able to find the weight and size of the package from the original shipping label and I did not enter the wrong size and weight.
Apparently Errors occur when another shipping label from another package (Possibly on smaller package on a larger one) is somehow read by mistake.
What can I do?
