Fedex changed my item weight
I need to dispute a FedEx shipping-label cost adjustment on an eBay label. The package was entered as 14 oz, but FedEx changed the billed weight to 32 lb and charged me an additional $20.94 How do I do that ?

That sounds like a dimensional weight surcharge, shipping prices are charged based on the package size not just weight and distance to the buyer. You can try disputing the charged with Fed Ex.
Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the Fed Ex customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that Fed Ex does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the Fed Ex website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from Pirateship. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too.
UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
Social media is the best way to contact customer service for this issue.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service. ( I feel that it's ok to use this option since it does affect your bottom line.)
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Was it an irregularly shaped package or large box subject to DIM charges?
DIM charges (dimensional weight charges) are fees based on how much space a package takes up rather than its actual weight.
If I were to ship something like a hundred pillows, or 5 ft. balsa wood sticks, I would be charged extra for the large box rather than based on weight.
Have you contacted FexEx to inquire about the extra charges?
