FedEx adjustment
Looks like FedEx adjusted 3 of my packages yet nothing was wrong!! I feel like they might have removed the eBay discount because I’ve seen multiple messages in here for the same problem.. does anyone know how to fix this, I def won’t be using FedEx anymore until this is figured out
my weights were actually over as in they said I put in like 12lbs but the package was 11.6lbs and they charged me an extra $16 for that.. makes no sense how the fee doubled.. I really think FedEx just removed all the eBay discount is what it looks like

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
