Fedex added 20 pounds to the weight of a package and $22 in additional postage. How do I dispute
I received an email from Ebay that I was charged an additional $22 from fedex for an incorrect weight on a package. Fedex added 20 pounds to the weight of a package and $22 in additional postage. The correct and original weight was only 1.75 lbs. How do I dispute the charges and tell fedex to recheck their scale? Ebay says contact them (Ebay & they will dispute with the carrier) but that seems impossible and none of their automated answers touch on this subject.
