Is the package size too large or the item too heavy?

Mentor2 years ago@rondag551 I am not sure why it won't work for you. With that package size I would consider a different shipping method such as Priority or GA.

Mentor2 years ago@rondag551 I am not sure why you can't print the label. Fed Ex would not be the best option for international shipping though as it would cost about $95 to ship it via Fed Ex VS $52 Priority and $16 First Class package.
Fed Ex is known for adding surcharges and billing you later.
