Federal fraud in amount greater than 1,000 dollars
Hey, I see fraudulent coins all the time. I wouldn't doubt that these guys submit fake identities to creditors in order to release their funds. Considering that this is a federal crime that a person could get 5 years for, I have tried contacting Ebay, however I cannot reach a representative.
The listing that set me off is located at 185810091162. I see these every single day.

While submitting a listing as a suspected counterfeit is easy enough, getting someone at eBay who knows what to look for in a counterfeit can often be quite difficult. Every listing has a "report" option (down near the description).
When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Copyright and trademark
2. Counterfeit item or authenticity disclaimer
3. Counterfeit, fake, or replica items
4. "Continue" to open Comment box, and briefly point out why it is not legit.
Use this reporting method for listings that are clearly fakes
Just as eBay is no expert in coins, neither am I, so a little sleuthing was in order.

I presume there is no die difference between the various mints, and that the same design is used through an entire year. If that is the case, this one is a doozy.
Comparing one coin in that listing to some PCGS certified coins, there seems to be quite a bit of artistic license. And the counterfeit was obviously not created by someone with a knowledge of English, so even someone like me can see this is a blatant fake.
