Mentor4 months agoYou will need to let your seller know. Please keep the item and the packaging as FedEx will need to inspect both before paying out any insurance claim. If the seller does not refund you within a day or two file an "Item not as described" case.

OP4 months agoAnd there’s no number I can call so I don’t know what to do. I am not happy with this purchase
