Fed up trying to get a refund, sent item back to seller via post office , sent photo of receipt a
Back, seller keeps saying not received, have sent photo of postage office receipt . Still keeps saying no.
Tried eBay, virtual assistant, just going round in circles , really am thinking of closing account, do much hassle .

·2 years agoThe receipt for shipping doesn’t prove that the seller received it, and that’s what eBay is looking for.
