Fed Ex Way over charged on shipping adjustment
They claimed that weight was 80 lbs when the weight was roughly 35. How can I contest this?
Thanks in advance.

Mentor1 year ago@dusty338us If that is for the Plague Dr that is most likely a dimensional weight surcharge due to the oversized box. Shipping Prices are based on weight, dimensions, and distance to the buyer.
Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the Fed Ex customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that Fed Ex does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the Fed Ex website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
