Fed-Ex shipping scam
Summary: contare shared their frustration with a shipping cost issue on eBay, where they were initially offered a lower shipping price that was later increased by a shipping company. They felt this practice was deceptive and resulted in paying more than expected. They advised others to avoid using the mentioned shipping company and expressed difficulty in contacting eBay for resolution.
Ebay's website offered me a shipping cost from the 3 big companies. I usually choose the cheapest...Imagine that. A few times I have been offered a price that was later automatically adjusted because the shipping company said so. My offer was approx. $12.00, they charged back an additional $14.00 approx. This scam confirms that they get my business and they collect the fullest amount. That amount may be higher than the other shipping companies I could have choosen at the time of the offering.
This process causes me harm! Please refrain from using Fed_Ex as they will probably do this to you!
Ebay made it difficult to contact them, so I have only to post it here. I probably won't be reviewing any answer left here...BUT YOU HAVE TO STOP USING FED_EX! That is not for ebay; it is for the sellers!

Did you know that you can offer more than one shipping company and/or service when you list your items?
I looked at one of your items and saw that you had charged a Flat Rate fixed cost for shipping the item to me, as a buyer in your state would pay. With all of the Big 3 services adding fuel and rural destination surcharges and Dimension based shipping costs (DIM) for larger items you should be using calculated shipping based on the buyer's location.
FYI, your listing's shipping info says you will ship to some foreign countries but you only list one shipping service, which cannot be used for international shipping.
