Fed Ex Increases Package Dimensions to Upcharge
Has anyone dealt with this?
FedEx has been increasing the dimensions and weight of packages after they are dropped off. FedEx then falsely charges you extra for the postage and there is nothing you can do about it.
FedEx did this to me many times and now they are doing the same thing to my friends.
I no longer use FedEx because of this.

I stopped using FedEx years ago when they charged me twice what my Buyers paid with NO explanation.
If you print your labels through eBay and have accurate weights and outside package dimensions that you measured I am not sure how they would charge you more, are you buying your labels at the counter???

OP2 years agoI buy and print my labels through eBay. They claim the item is heavier or the dimensions are larger than what is on the label. I always round up to the nearest lbs. and inches. They are scamming many eBay sellers by doing this. I urge people to stop using FedEx.

That is pretty much what I did ... my info was accurate and NOT in their Dimensional weight category either.
