Fed Ex Glitch printing shipping labels
I have a large package that my buyer wants shipped Fed Ex. The shipping rate is $47.73 with a discounted eBay label. I have tried multiple times the last 2 days to print. Unsuccessful. I have contacted eBay 2 times. They say it is a known issue. To wait until fixed. In the meantime, they suggested clearing my browser cache. I have done that and tried another browser. I have no clue what to do next. It will be more than double that price to ship it UPS or USPS. eBay says they can't send me a label. I really want my buyer to get this package. I don't want to ship it late. And, I have no plans to spend over $100 to ship it by another method. Is there anything else I can do? I would love a great response. Thank you.
