Fed Ex extra shipping charges on item
I’m fairly new to selling different items on eBay, especially larger boxed items. FedEx has back charged me and is asking extra money for an item I sold. They claim the item weighed more than what I listed when I printed my label. The weight is grossly miscalculated and I need to resolve the issue. An additional $73 and change is going to be charged back to my account. Any help with how to handle this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike

Yes, eBay is working with FedEx on ALL the over charges they have been issuing lately. eBay says the funds should be refunded to you in 5 days. Of course it pays to check your Recent Activity file on this page everyday to make sure you are credited for the FedEx - eBay error: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
