Fed Ex charges for "underpayment that are absolutely false
Many times Fed Ex bas added additional charges at a later date saying I "underpayed" for shipping when I know the item dimensions and weight were correct. A lightweight plushy they said was 15 pounds! And now it a new charge that is incorrect without having resolved the old claim
