Fed Ex Broken Shipments.
How do I handle Fed Ex home delivery broken items. They break things I sell often. What can I do to help the buyer or myself. I had to refund a printer they broke last winter, now a double boxed model with frágil stickers placed all over the outer box. Thank you.
