FCA address
I bought the goods to the FCA address, then it was sent to another country, the product turned out to be not original. The seller says return the goods to me and I will return the money, it will not be possible to return the goods, it is located in another country and transporting it back will be very expensive. eBay doesn't want to help, they say the same thing, return the product and you will get your money back.

OP2 years agoI understand that I do not have buyer protection, but when the seller blatantly lies and sends some kind of garbage to the place of the original, and I can prove it, why doesn’t ebay punish the seller? Because the seller is a liar, should I spend more money?

Mentor2 years agoIf the FCA address is a reshipper/freight forwarder, you do not have buyer protection. You will have to get the item back to the reshipper, and then arrange for the reshipper to send the item back to the seller, as the seller is only obligated to pay for shipping from the reshipper back to the seller.
