Faulty product, refund
Hello everybody!
First of all, English is my not first language. I've been on Ebay for about 5 years . Nearly 1 months ago, i bought a Xbox Game Pass Ultimeta from a person, who hasn't any feedback. So i bought the Game Pass Ultimate, he sent the other side of the card, where there was a code. Things were well so far. I left a positve feedback of him, before i check the codes. ( I wish i should not did it) But te code is inactive according the Microsoft website. When i try to write the code , i gave a message : "The code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code" . I search about this problem ot the website, and probably the problem is that, when the seller bought this card/code one of store personally, the store didtn active the card. Then I read a message for the seller, who sometimes reply me, sometimes not. According him, his money on hold, that's why dont se me the money. I think he is lying. i started a refound request couple days ago. Somebody ha an idea or advice how got my money back, or there is a good solution also for me, if i can use the codes . Thank you.
