Faulty or unsuitable for use in region sold into.
The item appears ether faulty or unsuitable, where it fails to work within the normal range of UK mains 230 Volts -6%, +10% (216.2 to 253.0 volts) it fails at 247 Volts and over. The seller has become uncommunicative and is now beyond the returns window how can this be resolved?

Is there a tag or label on the item that specifies required voltage? Did you buy it from a seller in one of the countries that use 110 V line?

OP3 years agoYes the label give the voltage range of 180-280V . No the sellers is 220V line.
