Faulty item received. Both the item number and the seller id have disappeared from ebay
Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard ebay item # 226370863156 from Seller salilazrock.
The item was received, but it did not contain the 10 key accessory or, most importantly, the dongle that pairs the keyboard with the computer.
Both the item number and the Seller have disappeared from ebay. If I search either item, I get a red message "Order Not Found".
How do I pursue a refund for the faulty item? Without the item showing up on the recent purchases list, there's not way to file a report directly with ebay.
Any help is appreciated.
