faulty item received
I purchased a rebounder and received it on 9 sept, all pieces were attached to put together , on 17 sept I was admitted to hospital with a head injury and I was discharged on 9 November. Then on 1 December my partner tried to put the rebounder together and found the mat was to small for the frame and instructions were in another language.
I messaged the seller on 18 November and 1 December , as it was outside the returns period, and the seller has not responded.
How do I get a refund ?

There is nothing that can be done through Ebay since it is beyond 30 days from date of delivery.
Also the reason "item does not fit" is not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
