Faulty Item purchased - Graphics Card

Hi

Please help a graphics card was purchased from a seller Total$761.35, Paid on the 21st of March.

Went to have the computer Built after collecting parts for some time and the Tech told us the graphics card is faulty!

I have tried contacting the seller but can not send any messages?

Could someone please direct me as to how to deal with this.

The transaction is too old to do anything with through eBay. The Seller may have blocked you or the transaction was closed to communication after 60 days. You are only covered for 30 days by the eBay Money Back Guarantee when purchasing one eBay: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You may or may not be able to file a dispute with your funding source. The last I knew PayPal only allowed disputes for 180 days from the date of purchase. Not sure how long a credit card will allow for disputes.
