Mentor5 months agoYou had 30 days after delivery to open a case on eBay, you waited too long so seller doesn't have to do anything.

eBay's Money Back Guarantee only covers an item within 30 days of it being delivered to the original buyer. Had you asked your son to check it out shortly after you gave it to him. You could have filed an item not as described dispute. The seller would have had to pay for you to ship it back, or refund you if they did not want to pay the return shipping cost.
