Faulty computer bought in mid May
Hi there!
i need some suggestions please. I am a five star review ebayer with great experiences, so I hopefully know a bit about being honest when selling items.
i recently moved from the U.K. to the USA. My fiancée bought for me on eBay,com a second hand computer in the USA, a month before my arrival.
then it took me another month to open my boxes and finally get this imac on a desk. It was July.
to cut it short, it had so many issues it was hard to work with: several strange partitions, windows system installed partially one one, difficult to erase, and causing all sort of issues, Mac kept shutting down due to some fault, and after months of work I said this is enough, never had a Mac with issues since 1998, I am contacting the seller.
its been a month and the seller has not responded.
i know the return window has gone but I spent hundreds of dollars and now I have a mac which simply does not work.
i am sending a last message tomorrow but is there any hope I can get any money back? This was a private individual so leaving a one star review won’t do much.
