Faulty chair.
We purchased a office chair and the filling has failed. The chair was purchased in May of 2023. The seller warranty has expired. But we purchased a 2 year insurance policy on it. The ebay automated system doesn't cover any information on insurance coverage and because it was purchased in May it doesn't recognize the purchase and will not give us an agent to talk to. Any help would be appreciated.
