Faulty, Broken Item: How can I get a refund?
What can I do about this? Help! The seller, formerly stated that you were out of your office until February 18. I have experience with all types of electronic equipment and after setting up and wiring the sound system exactly according to the instructions . The Surround Sound System only produced a highly distorted sound, nothing else. It sounded like the unit dropped from a high place and caused internal componants to separate. I tried each input, and the outcome was the same, distortion ... The box and packaging the unit came in looked very beat up with signs of being shipped to different buyers and returned multiple times. I feel that the item was misrepresented as "like new" but rather in poor, broken, unusable condition ....And a refund is warranted .Thank You ,

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
