Faulty Battery with 5 year warranty
I purchased a battery with a 5-year warranty but it has developed a fault. I have tried to return it via Ebay but cannot as I keep going around in a loop with the automated assistant. The problem being is that, although the seller is visible (https://www.ebay.com/usr/rGINkiQCRFq@Deleted). The warranty only has a few days left on it, so I'd like to speak with an ebay real assistant , not an automated one.
