Fault Refund
Hello
I bought a Bible that was damaged. The price was $17.94 with free shipping.
The seller excepted the return - charged me $12.00 for the shipping label!!
I should have received a full refund I subtracted $12 from 17.94 how do I create a contact ebay to dispute this issue?
