Falsely accused of trying to sell outside of ebay.
Received an automated email from ebay:
"Your listing didn't follow our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed."
There is nothing wrong with the listing, and ebay's ivory tower walls are so high that it is impossible to actually contact an ebay employee to explain this. Their A.I. assistant is worthless, so I assume it is their A.I. that discovered this contravention of ebay rules. Trying to resolve this issue feels like a never-ending maze of click-boxes.
So, how does one resolve a non-existent issue? There is nothing wrong with the listing. No contact info is present. I am not trying to sell outside of ebay, so I don't know what I am expected to change.

Mentor1 year agoThe important thing to know is that when the bots review a listing they remove any spaces and special characters and look at the string of letters and numbers. This can cause the bots to see things that are not actually there when the spaces and special characters are inserted.
You will need to contact eBay customer service and have a human look at the listings to approve them for listing.
You can contact customer service using this link to ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Please note that if the wait time for a call back is too long eBay will remove the option until the wait time is shorter. Just try again later. Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
