False return
I have a customer who I was already having problems with they kept trying to lowball me a cell phone they tried to buy a cell phone for me but they kept trying to lowball my price I had already lowered the price and then sent them an offer they tried to go lower than that then they got mad because eBay charges a fee anyway long story short they ended up buying the phone from me whatever they got the phone yesterday today they tried to start a return saying it didn't match the description on the sale thing or whatever everything is the exact same the phone the pictures everything I know what they're trying to do they're trying to keep the phone and get their money back I've had problems with this in the past and eBay has done it before they give them the money and they let them keep the product I don't think it's fair and I'm not sure what to do I don't want to be out $140 because this person wants to scam me please help

You can avoid that eBay decides that the buyer gets the money returned and can keep the item.
You can do that by accepting the return and send a return label. Within 3 days.
After receiving the item and inspecting the item, refund in 2 days.
