False policy violations cause account suspension
Okay so, I have an item that I post quite a bit and it seems like the last couple of months every time I post it, it comes back as a policy violation for Counterfeit when it clearly is not. My photos obviously show the items and they are all factory sealed, as well as having countless sales with no bad reviews or reports of having sold fake or counterfeit items. So now they have put me on a 3 day suspension and I cannot post anything, and the next time it happens it will be 7 days. This is crazy, so do I have to just get suspended everything I post this item and appeal the process? I sell it all the time that would make it pointless to even use Ebay. I just don't get why they are punishing the victim of false reporting and letting the offender just do whatever they want to boost their weak a** sales. And it is impossible to get in touch with customer service, I tried the stupid "contact us if you think we have made a mistake" button that just takes you in circles through dumba** help forums. How the hell do I get this suspensions lifted faster so I can sell my sh*t again?
