False policy violation, eBay claiming fraud
I don’t know what to do, I can’t reach anybody by email or phone at all, they took down a shirt on my page stating that it violates their counterfeit and fraud policies but the shirt is absolutely authentic, I bought it from the website directly, no third parties involved and have all the proof I need to resolve this but I appealed it and it was denied and now I can’t even reach anyone at all, it feels like they blocked me. I’m just at a loss right now on what to do, any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
