False Policy Violation

Hello,

I got a policy violation, but it turned out to be false. A appeal was submitted by both myself and customer service but they were denied. Customer service informed me there is nothing they can do although they acknowledged it was a mistake by ai. They advised that I just repost it, but now my account has this violation flag and I cannot use my original post with 40+ sold showing credibility.

Any advice? :(

Do not relist until matter is resolved. What are the violation for? What type of item was it? Are you saying you already sold 40 of these? Do you have a lot more to sell?

Do not relist the item. The bots that monitor listings will be looking for you to relist and customer service cannot turn off the bots. Continuing to try and relist the item can get your account suspended.l
